System Rentals tends to specialise in the technology sector – particularly IT hardware and software and Telecommunications.
However, it is likely we can lease whatever equipment your business needs (subject to status). We’ve had all sorts of interesting requests over the past 20 years – and we have managed to accommodate most of them.
If you are looking at IT or Telecommunications you will generally be able to lease everything supplied at the outset – hardware, software, peripherals, installation, training and consultancy. But you cannot include any ongoing costs such as maintenance, line charges, broadband, subscriptions etc etc
The Equipment and the Supplier
As the Customer you will be looking to select the best equipment suited to the job, at the best price from the best Supplier. We can’t help you with choosing the equipment but we would like to offer some advice regarding the price and the Supplier!
The Price
- Are you happy that you have negotiated a fair price?
- Do you know what is included in the price?
- Do you know about any future charges or increases?
- If you are not sure – ask! Get all offers confirmed officially in writing. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is.
The Supplier
- Are they a reputable company? Are they financially secure?
- Are they an accredited supplier of the equipment?
- Are you confident they will support the equipment competently throughout?
- Not sure? Ask for references. Speak to other users. Look at other suppliers.
