The process is straightforward:
- Quoting a Rental
We will give you a simple formula (rate) to calculate a rental over any length of lease. The customer’s rental is based on the invoice value of the equipment. You can generally include installation costs but any ongoing costs such as services and support must be by separate arrangement between you and your customer
- Completing the documents
You have the choice of either completing the document yourself at the point of sale or using our Managed Lease Solution where our staff will manage all the paperwork for you.
- Underwriting
Our underwriters need to satisfy themselves that your customer will have the resources to honour all of their contracted payments. Your Account Manager will be able to give you an initial appraisal of the likelihood of your customer being accepted – simply call us with the company details. This early ‘pre-vetting’ of your customer can give you valuable insight and determine how best to approach your customer.
- Getting paid
Your invoice is usually paid either by BACS or CHAPS once the customer has confirmed satisfactory delivery and we have all the necessary signed documents. We work with you through every part of the procedure to ensure your payment is made quickly and efficiently.
